I pride myself on my ability to communicate and work well with others. Being a good communicator also means you must be a good listener because fair communication should not be one sided.
I lead with compassion, fairness, and confidence. I am confident dissolving issues and communicating clear and concise instructions to ensure teams run smoothly. I also take constructive criticism well and value every persons voice and opinions when working in and leading groups.
My creativity does not only span to physical art, advertising, and video editing but also to problem solving. I look at situations from every angle and work to find a solution that benefits everyone.
I am currently a declared "pre MEJO" major. I am taking classes in the school as I prepare to start my application. My concentration is advertising and I have found a passion for the subject. I have based my other academic goals around this passion I have found and will do all I can to succeed in them.
My second major is psychology. I chose to pursue psych on the recommendation of one of my advertising professors. Psychology and Advertising work well together because they are both all about people. I want to have the greatest understanding of the material that is possible because I am passionate about advertising and want to be the best that I can be.
I chose to study studio art not only because it again pairs well with advertising but also because I found myself missing art when I came to college. It was a class I always loved but took for granted how much. My goal for my life is to never put myself into a career that I will not love. I wish to never be bored in my work or in my studies and I am never bored when I am being creative.
